Return Policy

Online Returns

LEGRAND accepts returns on eligible merchandise within 10 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless you opt for an exchange or store credit.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all tags intact. Please try on shoes in a protected area, as returns with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Additionally, shoeboxes must be placed inside a separate shipping box—they cannot serve as the return packaging.

Items that have been used for personal or promotional purposes—including photography, social media, or commercial use—are not eligible for return.

Returns received outside the 10-day window or showing signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

To initiate a return, click here to request a prepaid return shipping label. A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

In-Store Return Policy

Jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE. Full-price merchandise may be returned for a refund within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged—with all tags attached. Returns showing any signs of wear will not be accepted.
