ONLINE RETURN POLICY

All items marked down 51% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Legrand will accept domestic returns on eligible merchandise up to 10 days after your order was delivered. We will refund your order to your original method of payment unless you choose to exchange or receive store credit. Returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and all tags must be intact. Please try on shoes in a protected area, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Shoeboxes cannot be used as a return box; shoes must be enclosed inside a separate return box. Items must not have been used for personal, promotional, or commercial purposes, including photography or social media. If there are any signs of use or if the item is returned outside of the 10 day return window, we will deny the return. To begin an online return, please log into your customer portal. We will deduct $12 from the amount of the return for shipping and handling.

We recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for you. Legrand is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Price adjustments will be honored on full price merchandise only if it was marked down within 7 days of the receipt of your package.
