REFUND POLICY
We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for items you're not completely satisfied with. Store credit can be used both in-store and online. Please note that we do not issue refunds for returned items.

We also do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.


ONLINE PURCHASES

Return eligibility varies by category. The postmark date is considered the official return date.


SHOES, APPAREL & ACCESORIES
Eligible for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. Exchange or store credit available within 15 days.

Returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached. Shoes must be tried on indoors—returns with scuffed soles will not be accepted. Shoeboxes must be placed inside a separate return box

JEWELRY

US RETURNS

To start a U.S. return, click here to request a prepaid shipping label. A $12 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear, depending on your bank
