SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours—orders placed after 3 PM CST on Saturday will be processed the following Monday. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your package ships. Please note: store holidays or closures will be announced in advance.

U.S. SHIPPING
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders $350 or more.

Expedited orders must be placed by 3 PM CST, Monday–Friday, for same-day processing. Please note: expedited shipping does not include weekends, and carriers do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Legrand is not responsible for carrier transit delays. Expedited options are available at checkout. Select your destination to view available carriers, estimated delivery times, and rates.

LOCAL PICK-UP
Need it sooner? Choose “Pick up in store” at checkout. We’ll email you when it’s ready and hold your order for up to three days. Need more time? Call or email us. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping.
